The RSPCA are an international business because they help animals from overseas. However they are the largest animal welfare charity in the UK. The RSPCA exists to provide a service of protection to animals. The RSPCA are a not-for-profit organisation. They have limited liability this is because they are a charity and that means that the people in charge are not held accountable if the company is to go bust and will not lose any of their personal assets.
