ABSTRACT:
Blockchain technology has shown its significant flexibility in current years. This report emphasis on Block chain key features collaboration of supply chain. Blockchain technology can benefit ensure attribution, providing traceability across the supply chain. The technology also lets manufacturers, dealers and clients study developments, to collect data, and accomplish analytical monitoring.

In the fast-changing environment, collaboration between supply chain partners is one of the main strategies to improve overall performance. However, research shows that supply chains are facing problems in information sharing and trust. Ever since the discussion to implement blockchain in supply chains started, companies want to benefit from improved information sharing and higher efficiency through the technology (Evelina .P et al.,2018)

Introduction
Blockchain is most broadening technology in to various field it all started in year 2008, Satoshi Nakamoto made a completely appropriated advanced money framework that advances Bitcoin which is termed as crypto currency and made it best digital currency in the market..
One strength of blockchain is that transactions are continuously confirmed, cleared and saved in the ledger and they are replicated on multiple computers in the network, and are therefore accessible and visible for all members (Evelina .P et al.,2018).This allows transparency between the network between manufacturers ,dealers and customers.

Supply chain is considered as the line of different applications involved with producing and transporting goods from the procurement stage to the end client. These days, the supply chain network can comprise of different phases and areas. Thusly, it has turned out to be harder to track entire chain. Additionally, because of poor performance of transparency in the supply chain, buyers and consumers can’t make convinced in the honest valuation of the products or services.

Project Aim and Objectives
Aim:
Exploring how Blockchain addresses the key features of supply chain collaboration in order to increase the efficiency of trace of supply chain in a whole process and build trust in information sharing.

Objectives:
Supply chain Collaboration frame work.

To build customer / supplier trust.

Increase in efficiency of products tracing
Literature review
It is hard to investigate the accountability of illegal events associated with the supply chain. Because of these challenges, today the world faces following problems of counterfeiting, forced labour and poor conditions in factories. Blockchain, as an insurer of transparency and security, can be a good solution for fixing supply chains. Even the simplest application of the blockchain technology could bring the supply chain great benefits. Registering the transfer of products on the digital ledger as transactions allows to identify the main data relevant to manage the supply chain (Dickson, 2016).

Collaboration is a vital part of effective SCM and positively affects buying and order accomplishment and in addition to overall cost reduction .These modifications are accomplished through sharing assets, abilities, and procedures. Supply Chain Collaboration (SCC) is of two kinds-vertical and horizontal collaborations.

Vertical collaboration includes companies externally collaborates with suppliers (high level) and customers (low – level) and internally with various business functions within the organisation .Where as, horizontal collaboration means external collaboration with companies operating in the same industry which can be competitors but also non competitors as well as the internal collaboration in the own company (Barratt, 2004).

Simatupang and Sridharan (2005) created the ‘Collaborative Supply Chain Framework’ (CSCF) which explains how the following five features are interconnected with each other: collaborative performance system (CPS), information sharing, decision synchronization, incentive alignment, and integrated supply chain processes. (Evelina .P et al.,2018).

This plan will help me to follow the routine and to manage my project time. In case of any complications and extensions in any activity this plan will be updated according to that.

Resources Required
To complete this project I mainly requires a computer/laptop with internet connection, Microsoft office and Ms. Office project software which are available in University LRC. As this project is completely based on the research due to which a lot of study about the project is necessary, for that I will firstly work according to my proposed work plan so I can manage the time. For research part I will mainly use the data and information available on the ‘study-net online library’. Other than that, case studies and previous research conducted will also be used which will be available on the internet. For further data books, journals, articles, blogs and any other relevant sources will be used as references and will be mentioned in reference section.

Risk Assessment
While doing this project I can also face some of the risk which I have identified and are listed below.
1. Understanding new concepts need to be quick in exploring new information.

2. Check on time management and work plan need to research a lot.

3. Psychological stress and anxiety about project report
4. Loss of data due to any technical problem (no backup) or USB.

As these are some of the risks which can occur during this project and can badly affect my performance, can cause delays in submissions of planned work. To handle these risks, I will take full precautions to manage time, do backups, follow project plan and mainly will work by having strong communication with my supervisor.

Conclusion:
Evidently the appropriation of blockchain in the supply chain is moderate at present on account of interrelated risks and a few companies are unconvinced about this new technology because of information available to everyone involved in the chain, yet it is likely that soon it will brings the confidence and will show impressive r results in every industry .

The blockchain can possibly change the supply chain and increase transparency, traceability and security to the supply chain can go far toward making our economies more secure and substantially more dependable by advancing trust and trustworthiness.
