Dear Ms

Dear Ms. Sparks:

Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Agyeman George Kwadwo and I am the founder and CEO of world Connect Language Services. My business was started in Memphis, Tennessee and was reserved to capacity within two months of its opening, due to the remarkable need for interpreters and translators due to the growing number of international business professionals. A thorough Investigation has revealed that at least 10 other cities in the Southeast U.S. would support a business such as mine, but at this time, our company does not have the cash-flow to embark on such an expansion.

I attended the Entrepreneur’s Lunch Forum of which I believe you were in presence. It is my understanding that you are looking to invest in a non-technology based business. I believe WorldConnect Language Services would be the perfect prospect for you and would be an ideal fit to grow our business. It would allow for the expansion to the other cities throughout the Southeast U.S. Your benefit would, of course, be a share of our business.

I am completely committed to this business and to its development. Your capital would be safe in this company. With my aspiration and hard work, WorldConnect Language Services is already expanding and growing, but has its limitations of course, without more investment capital. It would take nearly $150,000.00 to commence the premeditated expansion according to our business plan. I am ready to provide you a 10% equity stake in the company for the above-mentioned amount. Presently, the business is valued at $50,000.00

I would very much like to meet with you as soon as possible, to discuss my company and to answer any questions you might have about the business itself and to present a written business plan as well as the financials of the company so far. It would be a pleasure to work with you and to have you as a part of this company which I am proud to be a leader of. Thank you in advance for your time and consideration. Looking forward to great expectations and hearing from you soon.

Sincerely,
Agyeman George Kwadwo.
